ABOUT THE PROJECT

This project was to design and implement a set of dynamic forms that could be used by developers to request firewall exceptions and application scans for potential vulnerabilities. The forms contained field validations as well as structured formatting for fields such as IP addresses. It also has the ability to add multiple entries and CC email recipients, all which feature autocomplete by utilizing Active Directory through the UPSA. On the submission of the form, all parties would receive confirmation via email by triggering a workflow event. All submissions would be saved into a list for historical and analytical purposes.
